Hearty Boys are proud of the family that we've become. None of what we do now, or have accomplished before, could be possible without the terrific teams we've compiled.
Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Jericho Michel, who
specializes in global menus and hearty vegetarian items. Jericho
grew up in the restaurant business and has studied regional cooking across
the United States. This unique background makes him particularly suited for
the ever changing menus of a caterer.
Our corporate menus are created and overseen by Oscar Mendoza. Oscar is well known in Chicago's corporate field and has a loyal following among top law firms in the Loop. He has been leading corporate divisions in the city for 10 years.
Aurieann LaPata and Edgar Ortega head up a winning sales
team, executing top notch weddings at premier city venues, elaborate
corporate events and personalized parties in our client's
home. Together, they bring a total of over 20 years experience to The
Hearty Boys.
Heading up corporate sales is Andy Burwell. With a client list including Oprah Winfrey and many of Chicago's largest corporations, Andy has been serving the Chicago area for more than 15
years.
Keeping everything flowing smoothly in the office is Jana Daley,
our business manager. A former restaurateur herself, Jana has worked
in all aspects of the restaurant business for over 13 years.
